Turkish Steps: Tulum at Massi

Massi restaurant is proud to host chef Coskun Uysal for an evening, ‘Turkish Steps: Tulum at Massi’ on Monday 23rd September.

Giving Melbournians the unique opportunity to experience the renowned Balaclava restaurant in the convivial surrounds of respected restaurant Massi in the CBD, the evening will offer guests a five-course degustation menu with matched wines.

Coskun Uysal will prepare four of the five courses, while the second course will bring together Italy and Turkey - prepared by Massi owner and chef Joseph Vargetto, putting a Sicilian influence on the Turkish dish.

All dishes served on the evening will be from Coskun Uysal’s recently published book ‘Tulum’. The book will be available for purchase on the evening for $50.

This is a not-for profit event. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to support catering students via William Angliss.
